Hypnobirthing 1-2-1 Course

Hypnobirthing is best taught between 28 and 36 weeks pregnant, to give you the optimal amount of time to practise the breathing and relaxation techniques.

The same content as the group hypnobirthing course, taught just for the two of you in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you.

Where: your home, in West Dorset, Bridport and the surrounding areas.
Price: £250 per couple.

How the dates work

There are no fixed dates for 1-2-1 courses. We find times that suit you. When you book, tell me your due date and roughly when you would like the classes in the note at checkout, and I will email you within two working days to agree the exact dates and times.
