Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Course

Hypnobirthing is best taught between 28 and 36 weeks pregnant, to give you the optimal amount of time to practise the breathing and relaxation techniques.

Three three-hour group classes covering hypnobirthing theories and techniques for relaxation in pregnancy and in birth, alongside education around pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.

Format: 3 x 3-hour group classes.

Price: £200 per couple. You both attend for the one price.
